I am a self taught BBQ student who works towards learning something new with every smoke.  I have been on a smokey path since 2005 and have prepared over a thousand Beef Briskets and whole Chickens during my BBQ fundraiser days.  My largest cook to date was 185 briskets followed up by several hundred whole chickens in a 36 hour marathon cook.  Every cook I do involves attention and love that I hope you find as some of the best craft BBQ you have ever had.
